    Strength & Conditioning for Athletic Performance

    Improve the physical capacities required to perform in your sport or physical pursuit. This often consists of training to improve strength, power, acceleration/deceleration, change of direction/agility, controlled mobility, and energy system development (work capacity). Your training programme will be designed specifically and individually based on your training history, injury history, movement abilities, sport, schedule, and preferences.

    Joint Friendly Training

    Train with safe and effective exercises that you can do without pain or joint discomfort. We are all built differently, move differently, and have different training histories and injury histories. Based on these individual differences, some exercises and some training methods can simply be harsher on the body than others. There are many exercises and methods that can accomplish similar outcomes with less joint discomfort than others.

    Injury Rehabilitation

    Safely train around pain and injuries. This often entails working together in conjunction with your medical & allied health practitioners. If you don’t have medical support helping you get through your injury, we may be able to make a recommendation from our network. We have extensive experience taking a collaborative approach with health professionals to help achieve rehabilitation outcomes and can in many situations help you exercise safely while recovering from an injury.

    Muscle Building

    Increase your muscle mass and strength using evidence-based training methods. Priority is placed on maintaining or improving your movement quality throughout the process so your “go” is as good as your “show”. Want to improve body composition, get leaner and more defined?
